  • Creation of business templates, including invoices and quotes
  • Chasing renewal business monthly, in advance of renewal date
  • Proofreading – checking for basic errors, suggesting amendments and formatting
  • Creation of business templates, e.g. invoice, quoting, forms etc.
  • Creation of HR forms and templates including but not limited to annual leave requests, documents for new starters
  • Creation of standard operating procedures for any of the office procedures including screenshots such as bordereau processing
  • Any rebranding or media related works including rebranding and review of existing company documentation.
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Presentation of data for meeting and clients
