- All time is tracked to the nearest 15 minutes – a report can be sent to you for your records, or we can share boards so you can log in and track progress.
- We’ll never go over the pre-agreed time unless agreed in advance, and will always advise when time is almost up so you can decide whether to purchase additional hours.
