HOURLY RATE

£35/Hour
  • A minimum of 4 hours required per month.

Premium (30 hours)

£900/Month
  • Ideal for busier clients requiring additional support on a frequent basis
  • After an initial discovery call, we can decide on the package that would work best based on your individual needs.

  • Flexibility allows you to amend your hours each month based on workload/support required, and cancellation is possible if no longer required – you’re not tied to a notice period.

  • We can offer a fixed price for projects and bespoke work rather than using our hourly rate.

  • Flexible payment plans are available – 50% in advance, 50% on completion – and we can discuss a suitable monthly payment date for retainers.

  • All time is tracked to the nearest 15 minutes – a report can be sent to you for your records, or we can share boards so you can log in and track progress.

  • We’ll never go over the pre-agreed time unless agreed in advance, and will always advise when time is almost up so you can decide whether to purchase additional hours.

I'm Stevie, owner of Keep Me Posted.

My background is in the corporate insurance industry, and I spent a number of years working as a Lloyd’s underwriter. Alongside my role, I organised many educational and social events, arranging venues and guest speakers. I also managed a two week trip across four US west coast states for 32 young underwriters and brokers.

Since then, I’ve worked on a number of large construction projects for clients, including London City Airport, British Veterinary Association, and Qatar Bank, producing all their RAMS, O&M manuals, COSHH assessments, and H&S documentation.

Other projects include leading a key branding and marketing project for an insurance broker, and the set-up, branding, marketing, and running of a successful catering business that was recently acquired by a larger company, having grown exponentially.

Outside work, some of the things that make me happy are spending time with friends and family (I have a three year old who keeps me busy!), travelling, good food, and a nice glass of wine.
